Abstract:

Toyota Motor Company. (TMC) is a company assembling and distributing Toyota Japan's cars in Pakistan. Currently it is the largest car assembler in Pakistan.

The firm was founded in 1983 as a joint venture between the Indus Motor Company of Pakistan and Toyota Motor Japan, formalizing the arrangement by which Awami Auto Ltd. had produced the Toyota SS80 from 1982. Toyota originally owned 25% of the stock, and has gradually increased their holding; they now own 73.09%. Toyota is the market leader in Pakistan Automobile Market by having more than 53% of Market Share. Having Market Share of more than 50% since its inception, Toyota Motors always strive to introduce new and innovative Products and Services. Its recently launched in Pakistan is Toyota Corolla has helped Toyota Motors increase their Market Share in 1300cc segment. Apart of giving automobile related services like Toyota Motors and Indus Motors in Pakistan.

In this competitive world the Toyota Motors is introducing new technologies but they are not able make consumers aware of it well. They should have to focus on some areas to and make some strategies to boom in the market.
