Open up virtually any major newspaper and you'd likely to find an article about chines economy. Now this might take the form of the article about America's trade deficit with china, or maybe it's an article about how chines demand for oil is driving up prices of gasoline in United States. But if you keep reading in those articles and you get a little bit further into it, you'd likely to read a line this says something like, "China has been grown up in remarkable fast rate for the last thirty years." It makes stop and wonder; how is it the china is growing so fast? Where is the Fundamental underlying this growth and is this stainable into the future? That's gonna to be topic of our discussion today.…

Over the past three decades China has risen to the top of the worlds’ economies. Once considered to be a weak second-world country China is now steadily growing despite the worlds’ economic plummet. With such a massive manufacturing market I believe it’s only a matter of time before China dominates the global market. "China's rise as a manufacturing base is going to have the same kind of impact on the world that the industrialization of the U.S. had, perhaps even bigger," stated Andy Xie, a Hong-Kong based economist with Morgan Stanley.”.…

In the late 1970s, China initiated a full-scale economic reform in rural and urban parts of the country, because of the economic reform China has transformed itself from a centrally planned economy to an emerging market economy and at the same time its economy has achieved nearly a 9.5 percent average growth rate. The pace of China’s growth is not unique — Korea, Singapore and other economies in East Asia grew as fast in the 1970s and 1980s. What is unprecedented historically is its scale. The size of China’s population, market and geography, and the dynamism that flowed from economic reform and transformation are what define its impact on the rest of the world. Despite a still relatively low per capita income, the sheer size of the Chinese economy has made China a significant player in world production, consumption, trade and increasingly international finance and the environment.…

There were some economic projections that China will overtake the United States, the world’s largest economy, within a few years. It is now a foregone conclusion that China’s economy will become the biggest in the world sometime very soon. According to the World Bank, the size of China’s economy is $10.1 trillion, compared with $14.6 trillion for the U.S., based on purchasing power parity (which adjusts exchange rates to account for the different prices people pay for goods and services across countries). But China is narrowing the gap in a hurry. Over the past 10 years, the annual real growth of China’s gross domestic product averaged 10.5 percent, compared with 1.7 percent in the U.S. The Chinese economy increased at an annual rate of 9.6 percent in the first half of 2011, vs. a rate of less than 1 percent in the U.S. America’s days as top dog of global output are numbered, at best.…

China, officially know as The Peoples Republic of China, is the world’s most populous country with a population of over 1.3 billion people. The capital of China is Beijing and the president is Hua Jinato. China currently has the world’s fastest developing economy, and it is estimated that from 1978 to 2008 China has grown at a constant rate of approximately 9% a year. In the year 2008, GDP per capita was five times the amount than it was in the year 1978. The People’s Republic of China is also responsible for the most dramatic reduction in poverty, from 53% in the year 1981 to 8% in 2001; about 400 million fewer people are living in extreme poverty(TODARO 2012). This growth miracle has occurred due to the transformation into a market-oriented economy and also as a result of improving their technology.…
