1. Based on the strategic planning involving the Implementation Model for Permanent Supportive Housing, a series of Strategic Goals, Objectives, and Measures were developed. Using the following template for the organizational level, place the Goals in their appropriate scorecard Perspective, the Objectives in their appropriate Goals, and Measures in appropriate Objectives.

2. Develop a cascaded performance review scorecard for each of the three position positions descriptions found in Appendix A, matching specific duties to Perspectives, Goals, Objectives, and Measures. Use the template below.
