PESTLE Analysis: Affect The Work And Progress Of A Company
PESTLE Analysis
PESTLE analysis focus on the external factors that directly or indirectly affect the work and progress of the company in the marketplace. It highlights different factors associated with the analytical tool that would affect the business of the company and help them formulate their working policies in regards of these factors. The PESTLE analysis consists of political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors that affect the work and performance of the company (Das, 2015).

The governmental policies affect the work of the companies like Learn2Drive on different levels for instance; inflation rate of the country would affect the work and business of the company. In addition, the increasing fare rates and transportation policies would also affect the business of the company (Das, 2015).
Economic Factors

Majority of the UK population knows how to drive that further limits the business for the company. It would be appropriate for the company to focus on other business options related to transport sector to increase their range of business in the UK transport industry (Das, 2015).
Technological Factors
As an online working company, there are several factors and area which is important for Learn2Drive to focus for example information system, 3-D driving instructions and others to attract and facilitate their potential consumers. The increasing use of technology has helped the company to increase their business range and reduce their working cost that had further facilitated company to increase their business range and revenue (Das, 2015).
Legal Factors
There are many legal factors that would affect the business of Learn2Drive. These laws include the consumer law, competition law, employment law, and health and safety legislation (Das, 2015).
