Strengths According to Seth, C. (2015) strengths are components of an organization that insistently impacts its advancement and its competitive position. As a rule, strengths are thought to be especially important as they do not portray the competition. Analyzing the strengths of the organization prove that the organization has an environment that promotes its mission statement. The staff/child ratios and space meets state regulations. As a matter of fact, Taguma, Litjens, and Makowiecki (n.d.) suggest that group size and staff-child ratio are imperative quality features that create encouraging working conditions while allowing staff to have enough time and attention for each individual child under their supervisor. The high quality of the educational programs continues to bring parent satisfaction. A great majority of parents shared that they are pleased with the learning development of their children and they would recommend the program to other parents.
