1. Introduction
(i) The widespread adoption of the internet has opened up a whole new opportunity for information sharing, including file sharing, which encourages individuals to indulge in digital piracy. (General Statement)
(ii) The reasons why that the people should be penalized are they destroyed passion or creativity of the artist, damaged society’s moral attitude and affects the economic growth. (Thesis statement)

2. Topic Sentence 1: Downloading music and movies illegally can wipe out passion or creativity of the artist.
