In which the number of cases diagnosed each year is expected to dramatically rise across the world in years to come. It is estimated that in the US alone by the time 2030 there will be around 65million people with it. (Please refer to figure 1 below.) Also with over $50 billion going towards treatment and diagnosis involved with it, and that’s only this year.
