Abstract
Kelsey Elementary School is one of the schools of the Kelsey Unified School District. Kelsey Elementary School student population is made up of student from diverse backgrounds and cultures. In this paper we will look at the administration, teachers, students, and parents that make up the school. We will also look at the schools communication methods that are used to communicate from the school to the parents and from school officials to staff.
Kelsey Elementary Organizational Communication Analysis Part I
The purpose of this paper is name and explore the selected virtual organization. The author of this paper has chosen Kelsey Elementary for the analysis of organizational communication. In the past Kelsey Elementary’s teachers and administration were only capable of communicating to parents through the use of telephones or written letters. With today’s advancement in communication technologies the school has an opportunity to connect to others by utilizing a variety of communication techniques. Developing a communication framework is the first step in completing the analysis of the organizational communication.
As stated by the school’s website, Kelsey Elementary is involved in each student’s development and grown by encouraging educational surroundings that will promote learning in a varying civilization. Kelsey Elementary is the symbol of every other elementary school in the Kelsey Unified School District. Kelsey City has an entrusted responsibility to its citizens to provide an interest in the achievement of all pupils within its educational facilities. Kelsey Elementary is a key step in the Kelsey Unified School District’s student’s scholastic journey; solid scholastic foundations are therefore essential.
