JOB REQUIREMENT AND DISCRIPTION The Sole Proprietor Project is composed of one owner that will run the activities of the Sweet Corn Farming proposed in Zamboanga City. The Sole Proprietor Project is composed of the following Owner as a Manager, Tenant, Farmers and Driver. Table 16 shows the qualifications of different jobs, duties and responsibilities and salary per month.

1 Every employee must report on time.
2 Cleaning of the assigned work area is required upon arrival and dismissal.
3 There will a one-hour noontime break to every employee.
4 Fifteen (15) minutes break will be given to every employee both morning and afternoon.
5 No one is allowed to fill out other’s Daily Time Record (DTR).
6 Reporting and leaving at the work area is a must. Employees must log in upon entering or leaving the compound and fill
