Organizational Agencies: East Aurora Counseling (LTD)
Organizational agencies come in different sizes; a large organization is measured as “centralized,” the business is controlled in a formal structure, written policies usually follow authority. Agencies that are public, private, and non-profit can be measured as large. Small organizations are in the form of for-profit or non-profit and are decentralized from centralized public agencies. I currently am working at East Aurora Counseling, LTD., a small for-profit agency. Dr. Lowe is a psychologist, and she rents out office space to two other LPC counselors and an MSW counselor. Everyone is responsible for their billing and taking care of their client scheduling and business calendar. Dr. Lowe accepts, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield ComPsy a sliding
