Organizational Agencies: East Aurora Counseling (LTD)
Organizational agencies come in different sizes; a large organization is measured as “centralized,” the business is controlled in a formal structure, written policies usually follow authority. Agencies that are public, private, and non-profit can be measured as large. Small organizations are in the form of for-profit or non-profit and are decentralized from centralized public agencies. I currently am working at East Aurora Counseling, LTD., a small for-profit agency. Dr. Lowe is a psychologist, and she rents out office space to two other LPC counselors and an MSW counselor.
