Task one is based on the meeting 1.

Talking about the new range product of Mc Donald in Australia. Explain to all attendees so that they will know their role in the campaign, and they add to the success of this new menu.

The result of this meeting is to decide the strategies and techniques that can increase the number of customers and ensuring high quality service to customers throughout Australia. New deciding how to plan, promote and coupons so that people would like to eat more.

CEO of the company, Ashish is an overview of the happy (Operations Manager Mc Donald) to describe menu Munish (Marketing Manager) will discuss how existing company resources can be used. Aarti in marketing the new menu will explain all procedures and protocols that will go out and the shops. Dennis will record minutes and saif is responsible for keeping time.

Ashish is responsible for the meeting so that all data can be shared between the team. Operations managers who are happy to be our head of operations in Australia, President Munish market will provide all marketing strategies and evidence of research. Aarti National Advisory is responsible to ensure that all compliance procedures and specific techniques and the same high standards of quality. Dennis will record all the important things that happened in the meeting, and the final act to take the palace and who is responsible for doing what. Saif is responsible to keep everyone focused on the main reason for the meeting and make sure that they do it in time.

    1. Introduction The intended purpose of this report is to outline the nature of the Australian retail market, specifically the retail food sector. Woolworths and Coles dominate this sector with 78 percent share of the market and their dominance within the sector is evident as they are contributing to 50 to 70 percent of grocery and food sales (AFGC 2011). Furthermore, the Australian Food and Grocery Council (2011 p. 13) outlines the fact that the majority shares of the two major retailers of Woolworths and Coles have also resulted in Australia’s food retail market to be “one of the most concentrated in the world”. 2. Nature of Australian consumer market The Australian consumer market is also segmented into categories. These three categories include premium, convenience and discount buyers (Armstrong et al. 2012 p. 190).
