Introduction
To begin with, there will give brief definitions of the different forms of business and examples of each type. Then the focus will be on a chosen organisation to study. Setanta Sports will the subject of the report that will give a brief history, using primary and secondary research coupled with a SWOT and PEST Analysis. Setanta Sports was chosen because there is great interest in a number of sports as spectators and participators.
There has been a curiosity and a want for understanding to know how different companies, particularly media companies work internally. Setanta Sports have a sizable audience, both in Ireland and abroad, including European countries and the US. Their main focus of sports to broadcast
