Introduction
• This project looks at an Enrollment Database for a college. It stores details of students, courses, year, and section. It may also be used as local assessment of the Mabini Colleges for the students’ fees. The database is designed for use by staffs and other authorized users in the school office to enable them to easily produce information required by the different people in the school.

ABSTRACT
• The ES study aims to develop a new system for Mabini Colleges located at Gov. Panotes Ave., Daet, Camarines Norte that will help the client in enrollment management and other school services. This also help save time and expenses since it doesn’t take too much effort and lot of staffs to use it and in this study we aim to gain and learn more knowledge about computer development in preparation for the upcoming EXPO Day in second semester in bachelor of science in computer science.

Proposed System Technical Description
This proposed System is a Computer-based Database System which is built and design for the enrolment’s Transaction and data records of the student. This system has features that will procure the needs of the focused departments for enrolment operations, and limit the problems and errors that they commonly encountered. And this system will have friendly user interface, which can easily to adapt. • Features: • Technical Capabilities
• • • • • It gives an excellent way to minimize physical space by using computer-based database; Sorting features for easier and faster access to student record; Can create, delete and update student information; Lessen the common error, technical and non-technical; It records every user’s name who log-in, log-out and date and time.
