As humans we tend to assume celebrities parading down the red carpet are easily served with fame and fortune on a silver platter- blessed with the right genes or born into Hollywood dynasties. And although we want to make believe into those assumptions for many there are no silver platter. In fact, for many they are faced with great hardship and difficult challenges. Because of such manifest in their lives they are driven to realization of their dreams. It’s amazing how these successful individuals through determination and tenacity overcome adversity to reach their goals against all odds. Instead of having friends Oprah befriended animals on her grandmother’s farm. She had a huge imagination which enabled her to participate in dramatics role playing with animals and even including her animal friends in games. It’s been said that it was probably the start of her love for speaking and acting. By the age of three Oprah was more than advance in reading and writing for her age. This is due to her grandmother’s values, religion and belief of god. By the time she entered kindergarten she quickly surpass into the first grade.
