Now the days are gone when shopping was only done at brick and mortar stores. Internet has emerged out as the new source of shopping. According to the British survey of Consultancy Foundation Online shopping is the second best innovation of the Decade.
Online shopping is the process whereby consumers directly buy goods or services from a seller in real-time, without an intermediary service, over the Internet. If an intermediary service is present the process is called electronic commerce or E-commerce. Growth in the E-Commerce has resulted from the growth in the penetration of computers and internet technology in various parts of the world. Internet as a platform offers various opportunities to its users. A user can use internet to search for new products and services, compare the prices and features at the same time.
