1. RESEARCH DESCRIPTION
The research study covers the collective information necessary for system and develops functions to be performed by the users. It furnishes idea and concept of the organized procedure to arrive at a comprehensive analysis thus, provides a vivid application of the proposed system. It would be an overview of the system with an integration of simplified user-interface based on the gathered information.

2.1 Background of the Study
MIND QUEST Tutorial and Review Center is located at the 3rd floor, City Commercial Center (C3), JP Rizal Avenue, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur. It is owned and managed by a renowned educator, Dr. Mariam A. Aluk, who is the Managing Director at the same time. It is considered as a school since it involves standard academic discipline that caters classes and tutorials for all levels such as nursery, kindergarten, elementary, secondary and review programs for professional levels.
The institution aspires to provide the educational needs and learning enhancement of everybody through its services offered which could lead the student in enriching communication skills, psychomotor development that brings out their best through extensive academic performance and assist a supplementary learning from school. MIND QUEST Tutorial and Review Center is build to enhance the student’s academic potential and creates a healthy environment conducive for learning.
Since the beginning of its existence, the operation is done manually such as information dissemination, inquiries, registration and the like. Other transaction such as advertisement and promotion of the institution which brings up-to-date announcement about their program offerings for student/reviewee is aired through media such as local television, radio and broadsheets. These are the strategies they did in propagating educational information, announcement and as a channel of inquiries.
