A “normal” day for Officer Stegman consisted of waking up early, getting his child ready for school and heading to work and squeezing in a working out before or after work if possible. Some negatives aspects of Officers Stegmann job as a school resource officer included dealing with disrespectful individuals, individuals blaming others for their actions and, lack of responsibility. On the other hand, some positives about being a school resource officer is not only being a figure of authority by also being a mentor to some kids and making a difference. By interviewing Officer Stegmann there is clearly no doubt that Officer Stegman doesn't enjoy or love his job.
