Executive Summary
The study of organizational behavior is very interesting and challenging. It is mostly related to the individuals or group of people working together in teams. The study becomes interesting when situation factors come into play and no two individuals behave alike. Mangers are to predict the behavior of an individual and there are no absolutes in human behavior. This research is an insight of the researchers, management practitioners, psychologists, and social scientists understanding of an individuals’ behavior. Theories show that cause and relationship play an
