3.1.1 – Support staff, Social workers, GP’s, Nurses, Community centres, Mind centre, Local MHT, Hospitals,
3.1.2 –Effective partnerships and relationships seen as recognition that all partners shared and cared about the same Goal: that of promoting the health(well Being) of residents. ACL’s Goal is support our clients to develop their daily ling skills and learn new skills so they can have an independent life in community to achieve this ACL makes sure we use all the support we get from local community and other organisations. Each might take a different path to achieve this goal, but this was the common agenda.
3.1.3 – effective partnership working has been vital component of improving the lives of vulnerable adults we support
Streamlining assessments and preventing residents, staff and families from having to give the same information to multiple professionals.
Improved information sharing between professionals
Improving the efficiency of the care system as whole
Co-ordinating the provision of care.
It promote a positive outlook on our services which our service users participate in rather than simply receive.
It healped our service users to ensure that they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to play an active role in planning their own care and self-managing their condition to a degree and level, whilst having the assurance that beyond that level support is available.

Promoting the organisation (ACL) through strong external relationships.
Obtaining advise and different prospective.
Developing successful long term relationships.
Promoting relationships with key people.
Maintaining relationships with GOV agencies.
