Nursing Informatics Specialist Case Study
The multidisciplinary committee will consist of the Nursing Informatics Specialist (NIS), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This upper level of management will ensure that decisions are made within the schedule timeline. The lower level participants in this committee will provide valuable recommendations based on their experience and knowledge. They will consist of a physician with EHR experience, Director of the information technology department, and a Nurse Educator.
