Nursing Code Of Ethics Case Study
To help guide Nursing students in the appropriate use of social media, (AHPRA) in collaboration with the National Boards, have created a social media policy to educate health professionals understand their obligations when using social media. The policy outlines National Law, National Board’s code of ethics, professional code of conduct and the Guidelines for advertising regulated health services. In addition the (NMBA) set a minimum national standard of conduct that members of the nursing profession are expected to uphold known as the Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses in Australia.
