Improper drainage as a health treat

Inability to recognize the improper drainage.

Inability to do appropriate action due to failure to comprehend the good environment.

Inability to conduct adequate drainage.

Lack of knowledge about proper drainage.

After my 2 months nursing intervention the condition of the family will improved the environmental sanitation for the safety of the family.

After my nursing intervention the family will: Be oriented with the problem.

Give importance of having a proper drainage system.

Discuss the family importance of having a proper drainage system.

Prevention of possible illness that gives possible disease.

Poverty as a health deficit

Inability to recognize the cause of poverty.

Lack of knowledge of how to improved their status.

Incapability of sustaining the needs of the family.

After my 2months nursing intervention the family will improved the poverty from tertiary to secondary level of status.
After my nursing intervention the family will: Be able to itself the needs of the family especially the children.

Will learn the different method of improving their lifestyle like handy crafts planting.

Discuss the meaning and causes of poverty and the possible effect of their condition.
