I understand that if I either intentionally or negligently fail to follow a professor’s instructions and a patient is harmed because the nurse’s failure to follow the instructions, the nurse may be guilty of medical malpractice and liable to pay damages to the harmed patient or resident. Therefore, it is important to follow directions of instructors because they help me become able to succeed in this course. Some of examples could be incorrectly identifying patients, not using the correct drug dose, or doing incorrect skills technique. Therefore, I need to pay attention and follow the directions of instructors at all times because I'm still in school and practice, which helps me avoid the regrettable mistake when I go to work later. Some examples which rely on safety issues. The acts that could endanger human health or can even cause death in some situations.
