Task 1 Scenario: A proposed commercial development is proposed at no. 11-29 Davis Street, Hong Kong. The site location is present in Figure 1. Bored piles are proposed as the foundation system for the development . The foundation layout plan is present in Figure 2. A site inspection has been conducted in July 2011. The site inspection photos are present in Figure 3. At initiation stage of this project, the director of your company ask you to write a management training report of this construction projects, to demonstrate the need within your organization for project management as follows: 1.1 Describe project management practices in the construction and built environment.
