Noncommissioned Officer Research Paper
I enlisted in the Army in September 1997 because I wanted to serve my country as my father did. My father retired as a Master Sergeant (E7) with 22 year of service in the U.S. Air Force. He instilled a sense of pride and a calling to service that I could not leave unanswered. I found my calling in the U.S. Army as a Field Artilleryman and grew to become a highly trained and adaptable Non-Commissioned Officer. My one desire is to cultivate disciplined well trained Soldiers and Junior Non-Commissioned Officers while serving at the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer level.
