4.1 AGE Satisfaction of each customer changes according to the age . Age is the very important factor .Table 4.1 shows the age wise classification of respondents.

Table 4.1 reveals that 40% of the respondents are from the age group between 25 -30 .24% of the respondents are between 30-35 age group,16% of the respondents are between 35-40 age group,12% of the respondents are below 25 age group and 8% of the respondents are above 40 age group.

Nearly 40% of the customers are using nokia mobile phones are within 25-30 years of age
