A very wise author named Sonya Teclai once wrote, "Underestimation of a person's intelligence, strength, and aggression just makes you less prepared. Expect anything from anyone." In the story "Noah and the Flood, " God surely proved his intelligence, strength, and aggression to the evils of the earth. In the story "Noah and the Flood" God saw that the world was full of corruption and lawlessness so he decided to send a great flood to extinguish all of the earth's evilness. God saw no fault in Noah and entrusted him with the task of building an enormous ark to shelter Noah along with his wife, his three sons accompanied by each of their wives, and two of every animal on earth from the flood. The earth was flooded for forty days and forty nights until god sent a great wind to subside the seas and dry the land. An example of this is , " And the lord regretted that he had made man on earth, and his heart was saddened. The lord said, 'I will blot from the earth the man whom I created – men together with beasts, creeping things, and the birds of the sky; for I regret that I made them"(tachuk 60). God is appalled by the amount of evil that is in the world so he decides he's going to kill all living things on earth. This shows that God can have great effects because he feels regretful and quickly decides that he will end the lives of all that roams the earth.
