Nissan Crash
RECONSTRUCTION

PRE-CRASH:

On 11-23-2016 at approximately 0020 hours, a 2003 Nissan 350Z was eastbound on Brandon Parkway at a high rate of speed and entered a sweeping right curve in the roadway. The driver lost control of the Nissan, with the rear of the Nissan sliding to the left and starting a clockwise rotation. The driver of the Nissan overcorrected the steering, causing the Nissan to begin a rotation in a counterclockwise direction and thereby unable to safely negotiate the curve. The Nissan then drove through the curve and towards a raised grass median. Driver 1 left Baluka Billiards & Lounge with his passenger, shortly before this crash occurred

AT CRASH: The Nissan struck a concrete curb along the inside of the east road edge with its front tires and drove over the curb into a grass median. The Nissan continued sliding onto and across the grass median in a southeast direction, while facing in an easterly direction. The passenger side of the Nissan then struck a palm tree near the center of the median. After impacting the tree, and causing severe intrusion into the passenger compartment of the Nissan, it rotated in a clockwise direction, rotating approximately one quarter of the way around the east side of the tree. The Nissan came to

Since the palm tree was partially uprooted but the base of the tree did not fracture, the predominance of those forces were therefore absorbed by the vehicle. The Nissan sustained devastating damage to its right side from the amount of energy in this event. The collision forces were so severe, there was approximately 31 inches of intrusion into the passenger compartment, trapping the passenger, Ivan Ordonez, inside. The force of impact between the Nissan and the palm tree caused the frame of the Nissan to bow towards the driver side, causing the standard wheelbase of 104.3 inches, to be reduced to 83

On Friday, March 8, 2013, I was involved in an automobile collision in my 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. The time was approximately 6:45 a.m. The account number related to this vehicle is 78811654. I was coming to a stop at a red light at the intersection of Stark St. and Liberty Ave., and then a grey 1996 Ford F-150, Oregon plate 364 EUC, driven by Alex Johson rear-ended me. Mr. Johson seemed unaware that the light at the intersection had turned red, and failed to come to a complete stop. The impact was not severe, but my car will need repairs to the rear bumper, trunk, and driver’s side taillight. I have enclosed photos of both cars after the impact, and Mr. Johson’s insurance information. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am available Monday-Friday, 5 p.m.-10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Thank you for your assistance.…

A family recently reached a settlement for injuries caused by a 2007 tractor trailer accident after seeking representation from a personal injury law firm in Texas. A family of three, injured in a Texas 18 wheeler truck accident near Chappel Hill, in Washington County, recently received a settlement of $435,000 after being represented by The Carlson Law Firm (Cause No 2011-CI-00049). The suit was filed in the 150th Judicial District Court of Bexar County, Texas. According to the Texas personal injury attorneys, the lawsuit stemmed from mounting medical costs endured by the family after their vehicle was struck from behind by a tractor trailer truck in April 2007. Approaching the intersection of U.S. 290 and FM 1155 at a high rate of speed, the driver of the tractor trailer truck, David Lynn House, was unable to come to a stop, smashing into the back of the family’s vehicle and propelling them into a car stopped ahead of them.…

I believe that Anthony is a character that showed both his public and private self throughout the film. He was very opinionated about not liking white people and he did not care about what people thought of it. Anthony was very proud to be an African American and it showed throughout the movie. You also got to see a softer side of him towards the end when he discovered the van full of foreign women and children. Instead of selling them like they were brought over to the country for, he decided to let them go free. This showed a very caring and sensitive side of Anthony that we didn’t get to see in the beginning of the movie.…

The second investigation conducted by Mr Urquhart, used PC Crash, an advanced software program which can recreate a vehicle accident into an animation. Using this program, Urquhart was able to predict what degree the steering wheel would have been turned at and at what section of the road this occurred for the accused’s car to have ended in the dam (DPP v Farquharson (No 2) (Ruling No 4) [2010]). Although the evidence from this investigation seemed compelling; it was dismissed as it was believed to be prejudicial to the accused.…
