New MBA Program development Proposal
PolyU has different MBA and EMBA programs in Hong Kong and China.
Create a new MBA program of English version setting up in Shenzhen, China.
Prepare a program development proposal to the Senior Management of PolyU strategic management approach to evaluate the MBA market in Shenzhen create the values to the stakeholders for this program.
A hard copy of this proposal in around 10 pages

2. Key stakeholder and its expectations to this program

2.1 Young professionals
In Shenzhen, it is more and more young professionals from Financial, Engineering, different backgrounds. As ambitious individuals with a clear career focus, they would equip themselves to improve their management skills. Their goal is to improve their professional for striving the more succeed in their career path. Thus, this group of stakeholders is practical focus, which hopes to learn the knowledge from lecturers.
They are willing to step outside their comfort zone, meet challenges and sketch themselves a bit further. However, because they are still young, it is difficult for them to quit the job and attend the full time learning. Young professional would make use name of the Hong Kong Poly U MBA School on their CV, so that they also can find the future work which need the international backgrounds.
2.2 Experienced mid-career individuals
More companies have been expanding in Shenzhen, the managerial opportunities is definitely increasing. Poly MBA Shenzhen can offer the international background to these individuals so that they can build up their managerial networking boarder. This group of target customer is self-motivated, experienced, mid-career, thus, the MBA program need provide a similar managerial networking to them.
Since most of the mid-career individuals not only need manage of their work, but also have family in places. Thus, the compulsory oversea study trip will make them less willingness to join the MBA program.
