Net profit margin is called income on the sale ratio. Net profit margins equal to net profit divided by net sales. This shows the stability of the whole to produce the special in sales in order to assess efficiency operation and pricing strategies. The profit margins on high preferred showed that the company get better results being beyond price of cost of goods
