Myplan Reflection
When completing my MyPlan personality assessments, I believe I may have come off a little bias in the first two quizzes that I took. I completed my assessments as if I were someone else, answering the questions about myself. Basically I was looking at myself from someone else’s perspective rather than how I see myself. I think that my results may be a little swayed because of that, but I do believe that they are still very accurate in terms of how I see my personality.
My personality results from the four assessments were not all that shocking to me. Some words used to describe my personality were introverted, a thinker, social, organized, investigative, and independent. I felt that these represented me very well because I also feel this

Sheets encouraged us to do. My top match was Healthcare Practitioners and Technical. Normally I would have looked at that, said no, and moved on. In this case, I actually thought about it, and I realized that it was correct. The profession I want to go into does have to do with healthcare in a way because I wish to work in a children’s hospitalI see it more in terms of the medical profession because I will have to know the basics on what is happening in the child’s current treatment, but it is still directly related to healthcare. My second result was Management, which I also found to be very accurate. In the future I am looking to move to private practice after I get plenty of hands on experience in the hospital setting, and business management will be very important in doing so. I was very relieved to see that the actual profession I am looking to go into on the other hand, was number seven on my list. Counseling, Community and Social Services seemed to be really high in my opinion because Dr. Sheets expressed to us as a class that our top choice was not going to our number one, or possibly in our top twenty-five even. I was really glad to see it there and this gave me the encouragement to keep on the path that I am on because maybe counseling is something that I would be best equipped to do in terms of my personality in the

The use of the Myers Briggs test really interested me in this module for the fact that I’ve had to take it before in school. It is a personality sense that is quick, small, and a pretty simple but effective way to get the basic traits of someone’s personality. When I took it I was ENFJ which means the test considers my personality and me to be Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. The test has a couple of questions and only takes 10 minutes on average to take. In each letter, there are 2 options for example the 1st topic depends on if you are introverted or extraverted. An introvert tends to be quiet, shy, and not liking to be the center of attention a lot, while an extrovert tends to be the team leader, the happy go lucky friend, and enjoys their parties from time to time. Then it assess if you are intuitive or observant, if you are intuitive you are imaginative and quick at finding a solution, or you could be observant which means you down to earth and you rely on your senses. The 3rd letter assesses between a person being thinking and feeling based. A Thinking fellow would be tough and focuses on the mind while a person who the test said was more feeling would be more sensitive and follow your hearts. The final letter depends on if you are a judging or prospecting individual. A Judging personality is decisive and seeks closure while a prospective individual is good at improvising situations and they seek freedom. Based on my letters I am considered an extrovert, an imaginative person, very in tune with my emotions, and am decisive.…

According to the Jungian 16-Type Personality I was given was ENTP. E is Extroverted, N is Intuitive, T is Thinking, and P is Perceiving. I’m overall innovative, individualistic, versatile and entrepreneurial. ENTP’s are clever, quick thinking and verbal, a devils advocate, and at times neglectful of routine assignments and projects. A people person by nature, ENTP does thrive in social settings and enjoying conversation and debate. After taking this assessment and applying it to my personalities I can agree that this was a rather true to life personality type assessment. Given this assessment I have applied it to my own personality and behavior and can see a strategic advantage to knowing this.…

In the Myers-Briggs Type indicator/Jung’s Typology Test results I scored ENFJ, which stands for extrovert, intuitive, feeler, and judger. These results seem extremely accurate to me. I do enjoy spending time with people, talking to them, and trying my best to understand them. People fascinate me yet I find it difficult to open up to the people around me, which is a common characteristic among ENFJ’s. Being intuitive, I tend to look at the big picture rather than detail. I rely on my gut rather than my conscious. As a feeler, the decisions I make tie in with the values I grew up learning, leading with my heart and naturally gravitate towards people. Lastly, as a judger, I am super organized! Having a preference towards planned and settled activities.…

    4. The result of the assessment has given me the understanding of where I tend to draw my energy from, being introverted I tend to draw energy from my experiences and myself. The biggest factor, for me, in understanding whether I am extroverted or introverted is to have the ability to make adjustment to enable me to become a better leader. I see that I need to be engage more sociably to ensure that I do not project a standoffish attitude toward others. Since my score was an eighteen, I do show some social traits but tend to prefer to be and work alone. This can give others the impression that I am unapproachable and therefore would not lend itself to being a good leader that projects that they are open to all discussions whether it would be positive or negative. I can develop a plan to become more open and engage with others. I have already started this process as I have developed a daily walk around the shop floor engaging others during my walk. This process has given me the opportunity to understand others…

My tenth grade English teacher had one eye. He always wore a patch, or classes with one black lenses. This teacher was shot while at war, and even though he was a little too sarcastic he taught me what I have learned so far about writing. There are sixteen possible personality types in The Keirsey Temperament Test. After taking the test I found out I am an ISFP. My test results were eighty-nine percent introvert, fifty percent sensing, thirty-one percent feeling, and eleven percent perceiving. After reading through the results and the explanations the only one I disagree with is perceiving. The other three are pretty accurate. In writing we all have strengths and this test pin pointed a few of mine. I am also going to talk about my Keirsey Temperament Test results and how writing will affect me in the career choice I hope to pursue.…

Highlights of feedback from clarity 4D- My results were introverted (Green energy), which states that I exhibition traits that are seen as friendly, I also exhibit a sincere and friendly nature and can be seen as loyal and supportive to my close friends and family. Introverts also like to create a harmonious atmosphere and prefer consensus to confrontation which can sometimes make them seem too laid back and indecisive. I agree with the results as I do tend to see myself as a laid back individual and sometimes display indecisive traits in my everyday decision making. I find it extremely difficult to express my inner feelings and thoughts as I tend to not want to upset anyone and tend to be perceived as a people pleaser. This in the long term can be a barrier as it shows I…

My personality type is INTJ. I have taken his test on a number of occasions throughout my life and my findings are the same. What strikes me as different was that the scores did not add up to a whole percentage of 100. By this result I had a very low percentile in thinking and low percentile in judging. This is strange because I’m a huge thinker, I also have anxiety which explains why I overthink many things and why I have no marginal preference of thinking over feeling. I am analytical, I am most comfortable working alone and tend to be less sociable than other types. Yet I am prepared to lead if no one else seems up to the task, or if they see a major weakness in the current leadership. As stated by the INTJ I as well tend to be pragmatic, logical, and creative. I do not readily accept authority based on tradition, rank, or title…
