My Workplace Education Plan
My Workplace Educational Plan Throughout the United States, the level of cultural competence within medical facilities is severely lacking. My own facility is no exception to this rule, and in large part thanks to a lack of a strong educational platform, we find ourselves simply unequipped to deal with diverse populations and unaware of what their actual needs might be. As a result of the tools that I have been given and the skills I have learned from this course, however, I hope to establish an education plan that can potentially alter the current course of things, and bring a level of cultural competence to the minds of all of my colleagues.
