My Role Model
My Role Model

There has been only one person who always been there for me no matter what. My mother has been my teacher, counselor, role model, and friend for my fifteen years of life. My mother has given up so much for me and always makes sure I have everything I need or want, even if it means sacrificing for herself. She always teaches the importance of a good education and in life. I can go to her for advise and know she will help me with out a doubt. My mom encouraging, she makes positive choices, and My mother has always been there to guide me in the right direction and make sure I strive for my best. I remember a quite a few times when she enraged me to do something that would end up benefiting me in the long run. The main to that I know really helped me was when she wanted me to join AVID and be captain of the cheer team at my school. I am glad she encouraged me to do both of those things because they really helped me in school and to learn leadership. If my mother had not done that I would not care about school and my future like I do to this day. I look at my mother as a positive role model because she makes positive choices in her life. Although, everyone can not always make the best decisions but my mother admits to her poor choice and talks to me why she did them. My mom always tells me do as I say and not as I do. By her openly discussing this to me I learn from her mistakes and I decide not to repeat them. My mother and father had me at a young age but my mom talks to me and lets me understand how difficult this was. I learn a lot from my and I am glad she tells me her faults in life so I am able to make better decisions. My mother undergoes tons of stress do to her work, kids, and just daily life. Even though she has a lot of stress on her she handles it positively. Most people can not do the same, instead they crumble. My mom handles everything in the house even with working and never complains. I am not sure how she does it but

My Mom is my role model. I guess this is due to the fact that I used to scarcely see my Dad because he comes home really late; he still does, though not as late, while my Mother took care of me ever since she quit the job as the General Manager when I was in 2nd grade. She is the one who is there for me whenever I have a problem, like a robot on standby, but she is also a harsh whip with her discipline though she never hit me. My most notable memory of my Mom is when I sucked at math in 3rd grade. I don't know how to do a problem so naturally, I asked her. However, after she taught the same problem 4 times, I still didn't get it. I was afraid she would get mad, but she didn't and in the end when I finally got it, I asked her why she is so patient. She simply replied "practice makes perfect", an old…

They both started dating; she jokes and says he wanted me for my chicken, because she was working at church’s chicken. I found that really funny growing up. When I came along they were stationed in Germany where I was born in September 1983. I don’t really remember to much about Germany other than my dad had his own race car and would race on the weekends. My dad and mom did so much with me as a child; at a young age he would have me help him. I was always side by side with him. In April of 1986 came my sister. Through the years my dad has always taught us if u starts something you must finish it. My dad always told me to be truthful because at the end of the day the only person you’re lying to is yourself. Be proud of you and all your choices and you shouldn’t ever have to say what if. My dad is my role model because he has served 32 years in the army and 4 deployments, he has always supported his family and never let us down. I’m so proud to call him my father and my role model. He was a little wild as child but grew up to be a man that everyone respects and acklowdges.…
