Relationship with Writing
What is writing? Writing is the skill of being creative while brainstorming and composing them into a large body of text. Writing allows the writer to express their feelings into their research. How important is writing? Writing is very important; writing is used in many different occasions. Writing affects many people, it grabs the attention of students, workers, and other people. My relationship is not as strong as it should be, but as an improving student I plan to excel and become an improved writer while strengthening my relationship.
Writing has been something I have done since grade school. My relationship with writing is neither strong nor weak. However, writing is not something that I am too fond of. I do not have a problem with writing, but I have always described myself as a bad writer. Not too bad or not too good, but not where I want my level of writing to be. Before taking the last course, I thought my writing was "okay". The course introduced me to many resources that helped me improve my writing. The course also changed many details in my writing. Before, I did not indent or format most of my discussion posts into paragraph form. I am very thankful for the last course …show more content…
The most common writing that is used in grade school or college would be essays. An essay is a paper or article that focuses only on the topic. The other types of writing are: descriptive, narrative, autobiography, biography, journals, fables, diaries, letter, poems, and etc. Every writer has a purpose for whenever they are writing. Writing deals with a various amount of thinking and processing the information you have researched. For example, when a writer is writing a descriptive paper; the purpose is to be descriptive with the topic. Writing also changes your outlook on many things. Once you have researched and gave your opinion, your outlook is changed and you feel more detailed to the
