Multicultural Supervision Influence
The results of this study suggest that multicultural incidents in supervision influence the supervision process and the multicultural competence of supervisors and supervisees. This influence may be positive or negative, depending on the nature of the supervisory relationship and the manner in which the cultural issues are addressed. This finding is important because it suggests that the relationship may be a pivotal component of multicultural supervision that moderates how all other experiences are perceived . The negative perceptions and experiences resulted from conflicts in communication and in the relation ship between supervisor and supervisee.
