Specify three (3) recommendations about the functions of recruiting, selection, and training that you think Ron Brown should be addressing with his HR manger now.
Recruiting I will recommend Ron Brown with his HR manager to carefully scrutinizer the new employees by testing their customer service skills through not only first impression but on how far they will go to satisfy the customers.
Selection Ron Brown with his HR manager has to thoroughly screen the employees especially during hiring. The newly hired have to undergo a week of skills testing in fixing cars in order to proof their worth. Selection must be on skills.
Training technology know how Ron Brown and his HR manager have to implement computer training to up skill the employees using new programs.

Write three (3) questions for a structured interview form that Ron Brown’s service center mangers can use to interview experienced technicians. (Note: do not list possible answers.)
The questions for structured interview given your length of time as a technician (experience what specifically will do to improve on the service quality of muffler magic.
What should be our expectations from you being an experienced technician is one thing, proven your worth is another. How can a few of your non job related skills help other employees develop.
Considering muffler magic an environment that encourages growth amongst employees. Are you willing to make change to accommodate new policies where do you expect to be in this company in next 5years

Explain why, if you were Ron Brown, you would or would not implement the professor’s recommendation to start paying for sick days.
I would implement the professor’s sick days recommendation because just as the technicians are expected to report to work, they must be entitled to get paid sick days when necessary. If the technician shows an honest proof of sickness through a doctor’s note and prescription, they
