Task 1 (1.1)
The employees’ roles and responsibilities are to stop and control the infection spreading. To stop this we will have to work safely. In the work setting is our responsibility to keep children safe. * Company with health and safety policies and procedures. * Keep to safe working practises. * Use any safety equipment that is provided.

The employer’s responsibilities are to look after the work place and see if employees are doing their work. Also they have to stop infections and germs. They have to provide safety equipment and do risk assessments to see if anything happen they know what is safe and what is not safe. * Ensure workplace is safe and healthy. * Consider welfare of employees. * Provide training safety equipment and written procedures. * Undertake regular risk assessments.

The symptom of meningitis is you will have a stiff neck, crying, vomiting and restlessness. Also children might not like light colours and lights. Children often have a faith which is related to meningitis.

The impact on the organisation the infection can be spreaded when people come up the school from one person to another person. Meningitis can cause problems throw out the organisation and it could spread quickly. The school could be shut down d=for a long time until the infection has disappeared but the teacher will have to have injections. Children will also have to get injections so they don’t have meningitis later on in their life.
