Mr. Warnkee's Dilemma
Mr. Warnke:

As Mr. Farris’s business partner, friend and legal advisor, I feel it is my duty to inform you of the fiduciary responsibilities that would certainly dictate any answer that I provide in effort to answer your questions.

As such, I believe your question should be directed to Mr. Farris himself, unless of course, your question also includes the hidden intent to verify information that you believe to be untrue.

If this is the case, and although it is absolutely none of your business, with Mr. Farris’s permission, the answer provided below is certainly true.

Yes, litigation continues. Once these dilemmas are resolved you’ll be notified.

My curiosity demands I ask you a question that inevitably carries with it an obvious answer

I don’t feel like I know enough to decide if Mr. Wilingham is an innocent man, but I don’t think a prison informant should be allowed to testify in any court case. I wouldn’t consider a prison informant a reliable source of information and plus people with more power can use it to their advantage and coerce the informant into doing something corrupt. They shouldn’t have gone ahead with the execution based on all the current finds. I don’t feel like Mr. Willingham received a fair trial especially when the investigators weren’t even adequately trained arson experts. This case should definitely have an impact on the legal status of the death penalty, whereas if there are so many discrepancies in a case they shouldn’t be allowed to move forward…

An interesting story will always have conflict. Conflicts create the main action of a plot. Without any conflicts, stories would be bland. The Most Dangerous Game by Richard Connell has several conflicts. All of which contains, man versus nature, man versus self, and man versus man.…

Can a man be driven from humble humanity to gross inhumanity by circumstance or situation? What effect do one's choices and training have on his morals? At some point in our lives we will all be forced to answer questions similar to these, and two characters in Connell's story "The Most Dangerous Game" are not exempt from these life decisions. Sanger Rainsford and General Zaroff are both wealthy, both are hunters, and eventually both men are put into situations where critical choices must be made. The choices the men make are derived from different situations, but both have similar results.…

    The Prisoner Dilemma

I agree with your analogy of cooperation within the work environment as an example of the benefits of a social contract pertaining to the Prisoner Dilemma. Effectively working as team not only is more effective as well as more efficient in completing work task. As a nurse, I rely on group efforts to take care of patents needs. Everyone sort of watch out for one another and there is a trusting relationship that is established. If a coworker needs help with their critical patients, there will be nurses readily available to lend a hand. That is the social norm of the unit. Nurses who prefer to work alone will find it overwhelming to work complete the task without help because of the complexity that is involved in caring for a patient. If…
