BDFP Consulting was formed in 2012 and is made up of four principle partners: Barbara Boliver, Doug Rouillard, Fahnia Thomas and Patrick Delaney. We created BDFP Consulting in order to evaluate, provide insight and recommendations on Cedar Tech (referred to as Cedar Tech going forward). Cedar Tech was founded in 1995, and is located in Los Angeles, California, with the purpose of becoming a major importer and distributor of computer accessories. In 2000, Cedar Tech had evolved into an IT infrastructure integrator with a specialization in hardware and software products. In addition it had added storage and security solutions, as well as offering technical services.
