Monologue Of Tana

Tana was a normal girl who loved basketball, she was even one of the best players on her team. Tana's mom loved that Tana played basketball. Crystal and Mina are Tana's best friends and are also on the basketball team with Tana. Coach Ruby coaches the team and is really nice to everyone. But Blair is the one girl on the team that is jealous of Tana.
One day when Tana was running laps Blair tripped Tana. Tana fell on her hand. Tana was taken to the hospital and told her hand was broken. Tana was unable to play 5 games. When Tana came back she thought she was not doing as well as she used to be, or at least that's what she thinks. Tana hopes she will get better but Tana just seems to think her hand is just getting worse. As time goes on she just keeps getting sadder. Tana gets so sad and disappointed in herself she decides to quit the team because she thinks she is just bringing the team down. …show more content…
Tana's mom's smile turned into a mad face and eyebrows lowering. Finally, she yelled '' Tana you are not quitting your team you are the best player. Your hand in just fine, you are doing amazing. There is no need for you to quit this team. I won't let you''. ''Too bad I will quit the team. My hand is never going to get better just watch. And... I am not amazing I am horrible after I broke my hand. I will never be as good as I used to be'', shot back Tana as she had enough with it and marched up into her room and just went to sleep like
