THE PROBLEM AND BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Introduction

Security is the degree of protection against danger, damage, loss, and criminal activity. Securities as a form of protection are structures and processes that provide or improve security as a condition Security with human responsibility and interference are now at risk of loss because of the technology that certain machines can do. One of this is the swipe card technology.

Swipe card technology is the process plastic embedding of encoded data into card with a magnetic strip that is read by passing the card through a usually slotted electronic device. Personal recognition and identification are special function to this kind of technology. With the use of this, the instances of getting human incorrect identification will be avoided and. With this, organizations and will be in great advantage of security and order.

Every school must be on its highest security and order to ensure it’s jurisdiction within the school premises. Schools do have students willing to learn to the extent of always attending their classes, but in reality we can’t ignore the fact that some of the students do not attend their class and some do cutting class and that their parents are not aware of it.

1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose
The implementation plan has been developed to support the strategic plan of the Attendance Monitoring System. The implementation plan will be amended and updated as new actions are introduced and as developments are implemented to the system. The system tracks the performance of employees regarding their attendance on a daily basis.

Attendance Monitoring System provides a foolproof solution using fingerprint authentication with the use of a Barcode Scanner for input and affiliated with payroll system and human resource development system and provides efficient reports of the company.. The system records
