Mongoe Monologue

“BOOM!”, “STOP!”, “HSSSS!” I went outside to see what that noise was.I saw a mongoose and a snake on the couch fighting and screaming! “Sighs.....another day as a therapist.” I tried to remind myself again why I chose this job. I noticed my other patients are getting ready to go. “Goodbye Keevan and Beterli see you next week!” I said. “Thank you again Dr. Hareman!” said Beterli and Keevan. Now I need to hurry and get ready for the next patient.” I said. A few minutes later the snake and mongoose came in. They looked like they can't go anywhere without fighting and screaming. Then the snake interrupted and said “ You don't need to know his name.” I asked why and she said “ Because he won't be here after I kill him.” The mongoose tried to strike at the snake because she said that. As fast as thunder I quickly stopped the mongoose from getting into a fight by putting a stone collar around his neck. The snake started to laugh. “Hahahaha!” Then I said he’s not the only one who’s going to be teached a lesson. The snake got frightened and said “No!” louder than a little kid seeing a sharp needle for the first time. The snake tried to escape, but I caught her and put the collar around her neck as fast as I can. She hissed and said “So much for trying.” “Now where were we?” I asked. No one answered so then I didn’t want a second to be wasted so I just continued from where we were. “Now what was your name again?” I asked as politely as I could, while the inside of me felt like their was a beast that just wanted to break free and smash everything in sight. “Now that that's out of the way let's talk about the problem that you two are having.” I said. Right after I said that it, everything sounded like world war III is happening and people are screaming. “STOP!” I screamed from the top of my lungs. “Let’s let Nagaina go first since obviously she is a girl.” Nagaina told me everything like how they were first here and then the british family came and how her and Nag, her husband wanted to take their garden back. Next it was Rikki-Tikki’s turn. A few minutes later he finished talking about how Nagiana made a plan to kill the british family. In the end I told them to talk it out. When they started boy I knew that was mistake since they can't even talk mature. Then I thought of a perfect idea for Nagaina and Rikki-Tikki. I told them why don't they make a comfortable home for just Nagaina somewhere in the garden. That way she can let her babies hatch there with no one to disturb them. Nagaina agreed with excitement, but it seemed as though Rikki-Tikki didn’t. He said he could not agree to that. “What if Nagaina decides to kill others even after we give her a home.” He
