Inleiding
Elke dag verwerken we informatie. We worden bestookt met allerlei stimuli, waarvan we maar een fractie bewust verwerken. Allerlei organisaties doen hun best om er voor te zorgen dat we WEL aandacht schenken aan wat zij ons te vertellen hebben. Ze willen dat we ze leuk en aardig vinden, dat we hun product kopen, dat we bij hen een dienst gaan afnemen. Vaak schakelen ze daarbij een communicatiebureau en/of een reclamebureau in. Deze zijn erin gespecialiseerd onze aandacht te trekken en te zorgen dat de boodschap van de opdrachtgever goed doorkomt. Hoe lukt dat ze? Hoe krijgen ze voor elkaar dat hun boodschap opvalt tussen dat bombardement van informatie? Welke kennis en vaardigheden zetten ze hierbij in? Wat weten zij over hoe mensen informatie verwerken en over hoe mensen gemotiveerd raken? Over hoe mensen leren en een attitude vormen?

Bij dit project moet je je voorstellen dat je zelf, samen met een paar medestudenten, zo’n communicatie- en/of reclamebureau hebt. Je bureau krijgt de opdracht om in enkele weken een nieuwe reclamecampagne te bedenken voor een product van een bepaald merk. Je opdrachtgever geeft je veel vrijheid om zelf te beslissen hoe je de zaken gaat aanpassen. Zij wil echter wel een goed gefundeerde campagne, gebaseerd op vooronderzoek en theorie.

De kern van je opdracht is om een campagne te ontwikkelen. Je levert essentiële input voor het concept en de keuze van communicatiemiddelen voor een nieuwe volledig geïntegreerde communicatiecampagne. Deze campagne zal in alle landen gaan
