Mkt 421 Week 2 Assignment
The first exercise I was able to access is the vocabulary exercise which improve my knowledge about Marketing terms. Although some of the questions were a little tricky but I was able to answer them.For example, in questions one I didn’t know the 4p’s were also known as the “controllable”.The next exercise that I did was the create your own product, which was quite fun. I had to name the product, describe it which is part of the promotion, also picking the appropriate price and where will the product be available. Next, I did the discussion starter activity, where we were asked a question about our grocery stories, what services have they added in the past few years and have those services created a value for us customers. I also did the “creating value: Customers perception” exercise.

We’re giving a scenario and we have to pick the right choice that will create the most value to the customers. The next exercise was the “case study” and we had to watch a video to answer the questions but I couldn't access the video therefore, I had to skip this exercise. The last exercise was the expected learning outcome, where we are asked questions based on the exercises we had. For example, one questions asked “ Explain the concept of marketing and it's important” and another question asked “Describe the marketing process” It was a good exercise it refresh our memory because sometimes we tend to forget the things we’ve read. . In my opinion, all the topics that were covered in the activity were very much helpful.
