For example: One similarity of the two pieces is that they showed that Many many Danish citizens hid the Jewish passengers in the boats galleys to sail them to Sweden, which was not occupied by the Nazis. Another similarity between NTS and MAM was the celebration of New Year’s Eve of for the Jewish families in hiding-; during the celebration both families had a Sabbath dinner. Another likeness between the book and the movie was, in the characters. In Nts Stars the character-, Peter Neilsen and in – Miracle’s the character Hendrick, were both involved in the resistance. Both characters participated by hiding Jewish people from the Nazis. In the NTS, the author, ( insert Author’s name), focused used on Ellen and Anne Marie’s points of view of for the events that happened during the holocaust Holocaust. On the other hand, in Miracle, the movie focused on why the Naziz Nazis wanted to kill the Jewish people from the country in Germany. or instance, I In Star the narrator is Annemarie, a young Danish girl, who expresses her feelings, ideas, thoughts thatabout things that were taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark. Whereas, in In contrast, Miracle MAM the film focused revealed on the ideas and thoughts of the Nazis and members of the resistance. – (This is a list more than an explanation. Using these ideas as a base, how do these points differ? How do the different points of view affect the reader/watcher’s experience of what happened? How are the difference here meaningful?) Another contrast similarity between the Stars and Miracle, is the important importance of the role of trickery and finding ways to outsmart the Nazis. ( Who played the important role, was it the members of the Resistance? If so please add this in.) In Star Jews attempts to escape by boats. To do this, Number the Star identified the handkerchief as something which that was needed by the Danish fisherman. fishermen. The handkerchief was dipped in cocaine, to help numb the noses of search dogs. In Miracle, unlike the movie, where there was no mention on how they tricked the Nazi soilders soliders from when searching the boats; Instead instead, the movie showed how members from the resistance, hide all the Jweish Jewish people in Danish hospitals, where they and pretended to be sick patients to avoid being captured by the Naziz. Nazis. NTS Star and MaM Miracle had many similarities and difference, but regardless, each portrayed the tragedy of Jewish people during the holocaust Holocaust. It is hard to imagine how people were controlled by others who were afraid of people being different. How would our world be today if we were all the same. As a human race, we have come a long way since the time of Hitler and have been much more accepting of others. I believe this is a challenge which we always have to face.
Nice start. As you approach your revis ions, try to focus on looking deeper than a surface- level, point-by point comparison. What is similar or different about the themes were present? How are these themes shown? What makes the differences or similarities meaningful? Why do they matter? Try to look beyond the superficial elements of the depictions to find things of substance. For example, did they share themes of courage but differ how the courage was shown? Did they show the humanity or inhumanity of the Nazis?

It’s simple to say that the Holocaust was bad. I don’t think it was third grade and I already knew that. In A Good Day from Survival in Auschwitz, an autobiography by Primo Levi, and Night, an autobiography by Elie Wiesel, I learned the very different first-hand experiences of two young men who dealt with persecution from the Nazi Officers, during the time of the Holocaust. Now although these stories are very different, in truth, they both share similarities as well.…

Do you really know what went on during the holocaust well Jane Yolen wrote a special book about how life was like in the concentration camps which later turned into a movie. There are many different things that go on in between the book and the movie like how there is a major age difference and how Rivka ends up being her cousin. That is some but there's also many similarities like how Hanna still tells her stories to keep everybody together and how Hanna still sacrifices herself for Rivka. Well I think that differences or not they still both teach that valuable lesson that one after one the deaths were adding and one after one they were disappearing.…
