Microsoft Office
The Microsoft office platform includes 3 features: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Each program has it own individual characteristics that can be useful to any type of working environment. Microsoft Word is a full-featured word processing program that all you to create many types of personal and business documents, including flyers, letters, memos, resumes, reports, fax cover sheets, mailing labels, etc. With Word you can easily attach files. It helps you create a “good heading structure.” It ensures you are using proper styles (AP or MLA) you can copy and paste and format pictures. PowerPoint is a complete presentation program that allows you to produce professional-looking presentations. Majority of the time PowerPoint is used to create presentations for business meetings. The feature available in PowerPoint allows you to create slide using animations and pictures providing a clear and professional view to your audience. Excel is a powerful spreadsheet program that allows user to organize data, complete calculations, make discussions, graph data, develop professional looking reports. The tools available in Excel make it easy to create spreadsheets. Making the data more organized for you if need to keep track of monthly budget or making a to do list. Excel helps keep your cell neat and organized.
