There are a lot of interesting things about the Mexican culture like the music, the holidays, and especially the food. But overall, Mexican culture has great traditions and is one of the most exciting cultures today. The history of the Mexican culture is full of interesting things. They have a population of approximately 108 million people which is interesting because for the size of the country it’s a pretty big population. Mexico has a big variety of ethnicity, a lot of the population of Mexico is considered to be mestizo, a mixture of Europeans and indigenous people, and it’s estimated that around 60% to 70% of the population belongs to this group (Bardi). Indigenous groups make up to about 15% to 30% of the total population (Bardi). This quote is sort of an eye opener because they’re saying that only 15% to 30% of the population are people that are native to Mexico.
