They don’t need to be approved by the FDA before they are sold on the shelves in the store. Losing weigh without changing your diet or exercising is basically impossible. With diet pills and exercises it can speed up the process. Cons of using diet pill are there is no way of knowing if there are healthy or safe for you to use because they don’t have to be approved by the FDA first. You have to worry about what the side effects of the diet pills you are taking. Taking diet alone won’t help you if you don’t exercise or change your diet.
