Kudler Fine Foods is an upscale food store that specializes in specialty food, domestic, and imported wines. Kudler Fine Foods are located in the Metropolitan area of San Diego California. Kudler Fine Foods has three location in the metropolitan area Del Mar, La Jolla, and Encinitas. The importance of the marketing research is to find new or updated option to offer to the customers. The market research helps to capture the type of customers who shops at each store, such age, gender, income, and location. Marketing strategy and tactics helps an organization choose needs and wants to what is best for an organization to succeed. Marketing research is a vital tool to management of any organization. The marketing research helps the management team to set up plans to measure the growth of the company progress, ensuring the goods and services are available when the customer is in need of the product. Marketing strategy helps an organization to decide on what is the best direction an organization can go to improving tactics that will bring in new customers as well as continuing to services the old customer. Kudler Fine Foods strategy is the continual of improvement in the product that the company carries.
Market research helps determine what age, gender, and population that Kudler Fine Foods will be targeting. Kudler Fine Foods areas for additional market research is the focusing “on expanding the services, improving the efficiency of its operations and increasing the consumers purchase cycle as a means to increasing the loyalty and profitability of its consumers” (Kudler Fine Foods-Sales and marketing, 2004).
