1. About HP:

A laptop is a personal computer designed for mobile use. A laptop integrates most of the typical components of a desktop computer, including a display, a keyboard, a pointing device (a touchpad, also known as a track pad, and/or a pointing stick) and speakers into a single unit. A laptop is powered by mains electricity via an AC adapter, and can be used away from an outlet using a rechargeable battery. A laptop battery in new condition typically stores enough energy to run the laptop for three to five hours, depending on the computer usage, configuration and power management settings.
HP offers a broad family of laptops, notebook computers, notebooks and tablet PCs for a variety of uses. This includes high performance laptops for watching movies, playing music, and sharing photos. HP's powerful notebook computers can handle extreme gaming needs as well. HP also offers a full range of laptop computers for business office needs. HP's ultra-portable laptops, notebook computers, netbooks and tablet PCs are lightweight and can be used almost anywhere. For any kind of lifestyle, at home or the office, HP delivers an outstanding choice of laptops.

2.0 History of HP:
Classmates Bill Hewlett, along with Dave Packard of Stanford University went ahead to find Hewlett Packard (HP) in the year 1939. The first product of the company, i.e. the audio oscillator, was manufactured in Palo Alto garage. It was one of the electronic instruments utilized by the sound engineers. Amongst the first customer of HP was 'Walt Disney Studios'. They purchased 8 oscillators for developing and testing a new-fangled sound system to make the film 'Fantasia'. The equipment at this level is the most expensive but it is also HP’s top of the line equipment. HP attempts to reach their target markets through store-based retailers like Best Buy or Circuit City, online retailers like CDW and Insight, and by reaching the customer directly through HP’s website. HP also has a partnership program where computer consulting firms can apply to become authorized to sell HP products. This is extremely helpful for HP to reach their larger customers since the complexity of a computer solution for their large customers is generally higher then that of their low and midrange customers.…
